BTT: Signing a transaction with related party

The Board resolution dated March 31, 2023, Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company approved to sign the agreement with Pha Le Joint Stock Company for the land lease at 289 Dinh Bo Linh, Binh Thanh, with the lease price of 200,000,000 dongs/month (including 10% VAT). Accordingly, the lease price will increase 10% for each of two years.
