FDC: Overcome the status of securities being put under warning

On April 14, 2023, Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City (FDC) announces the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows: Lien Phuong Textile & Garment Corporation (Lien Phuong) suggested to pay a part of debt for FDC However, currently, Lien Phuong was realized to be inability to pay the debt. FDC has authorized Apolat Legal Vietnam International Law Firm to apply documents to the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City for the opening of bankruptcy proceedings for Lien Phuong. FDC has announced the situation of Lien Phuong to Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group.
