On April 15, 2023, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2023 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 16.37% of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 did not meet the percentage of 51% attending shares. According to Clause 1, Article 141 of the Law on Enterprises.
