On 18/04/2023, Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 110/CV-HAPCO as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 1805/UBCK-PTTT dated 17/04/2023 to Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of TPH stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Hanoi Textbooks Printing JSC is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
