CMX: BOD resolution on buying shares of SANAMICO

The Board resolution dated April 17, 2023, the BOD of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy to buy shares of SANAMICO – Namcan Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company (code: SNC). Accordingly, the expected amount to own will be from 10.57% to 24.5% and the estimated price will be from 18,000 dongs/share to 20,000 dongs/share.
