PIV: Change in personnel

PIV Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Truong Tuan Anh has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Bang has resigned from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Mr. Hoang Tien Thanh has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Ms. Dang Thi Nu and Mr. Nguyen Huu Sang have resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy has resigned from Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Company secretary with effect since 19/04/2023;
- Mr. Vu Manh Hung has resigned from General Manager with effect since 19/04/2023;
- Mr. Vu Manh Hung has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 18/04/2023 and Chair of the BOD with effect since 19/04/2023 for the term 2023-2028;
- Mr. Dam Hoang Anh, Mr. Le Hoang Long, Ms. Nguyen Lan Phuong have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Mr. Ngo Le Bao Long has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Mr. Phan Dinh Hieu has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 18/04/2023 and Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 19/04/2023 for the term 2023-2028;
- Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong and Ms. Luong Thu Trang have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 18/04/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Company secretary with effect since 19/04/2023;
- Mr. Le Hoang Long has been appointed General Manager with effect since 19/04/2023.
