TNT: Signing agreement with V.O.I Capital

The Board resolution dated April 19, 2023, the BOD of Tai Nguyen Corporation (TNT) approved to sign the comprehensive strategic cooperative agreement with Viet Nam Opportunity Investment Asset And Capital Management Joint Stock Company (V.O.I Capital) (related party to Mr. Luu Quang Minh – General Director of TNT, and the TNT representative person of 15% contributed capital at V.O.I Capital). Accordingly, the transaction value is VND175,000,000,000.
