HAG: Approved the result of share private placement

The Board resolution dated April 18, 2023, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the report on result of share private placement as follows: Ending date: April 17, 2023 Offering result: no finishing the share private placement according to the regulation under Clause 3, Article 48 Decree No.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020. Reason for uncompleted offering: the price market is not suitable for the estimated offering price.
