The Board resolution dated April 18, 2023, the BOD of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved contents with details as follows: 1.  The business plan quarter II/2023 -          Total revenue:       500,000 million dongs -          Profit:                      5,000 million dongs. 2. The Quarter 1/2023 audit financial statement: -          Total revenue:       311,718,540,417 dongs -          Profit after tax:       33,866,292,383 dongs. 3. Approving to adjust business plan for 2023: -          Total revenue:       1,500 billion dongs -          Profit:                   20 billion dongs. -          Dividend:              > dividend in 2022.
