·         Reason: the company is late to submit its audited financial statements for 2022 more than 15 days ahead of the regulations
·         Applicable law(s): Point g, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
