ACM: Notice on stock status

On April 19, 2023, HNX announces the status of A Cuong Mineral Group JSC’s (stock code: ACM) as follows:
- ACM shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more and the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point c,d, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
