PGS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 322/KMN-TCHC dated 18th April 2023 of Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 380/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason:The company needs to extend time to update and supplement meeting documents of 2023 Annual general meeting 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
