- Reason: The company was late in submitting audited consolidate Financial Statements 2022 over 15 days since due date
- Additional reason: The company was late in submitting audited semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 over 15 days since due date
- Effective date: 24/4/2023
The Company must explain the reason within 15 days from the signing date of this Decision and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
