On 20 April 2023, HNX announces that the following stock will continue to be put under Alert based on Point g, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulation on securities listing attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange:
- Issuer: LILAMA 69-2 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: L62
- Reason: The company was late in submitting audited Financial Statements 2022 over 15 days since due date
- Additional reason: The undistributed profit after tax at 31/12/2022 in audited Financial Statements 2021 was negative
- Effective date: 24/4/2023
The Company must explain the reason within 15 days from the signing date of this Decision and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
