SBG: Issuance of Initial Securities Registration Certificate

Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce issuance of the Securities Registration Certificate No. 01/2023/GCNCP-VSD dated 21st April 2023 and allocation of securities code for Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company as follows:

From 24/04/2023, VSD will receive depository of the above registered Securites.

Note: Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company registered for listing of SBG shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). The listing, trading of SBG shares are implemented in accordance with HOSE's decision.
