SD4: Stock at risk of delisting

On April 20, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced that Song Da 4 JSC is at risk of delisting under Point h Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP. Accordingly, the audit organization issues a disclaimer of opinion on Song Da 4 JSC’s Financial Statements for 3 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022). Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider delisting SD4 stock according to the regulation.
