Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp explained the business result in Quarter 1/2023 according to the separate financial statements in Quarter 1/2023 with details as follows:          The profit after tax in Quarter 1/2023 decreased compared to Quarter 1/2022: -          Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2022: 294,923,490,910 dongs -          Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2023:   33,461,634,494 dongs Following are the main reasons: -          Due to the general difficulties of the whole market, especially the real estate industry. So, the company’s investment and business in real estate are not favorable. -          Due to the company’s investment restructuring strategy. Therefore, the Company’s profit after tax in Quarter 1/2023 decreased by 88.65% (equivalent to VND261,461,856,416 dongs) compared to Quarter 1/2022.
