PLP: Transferring shares in Hoang Gia Pha Le

The Board resolution dated April 20, 2023, the BOD of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the policy to transfer all shares in Hoang Gia Pha Le Joint Stock Company with details as follows: -          Owning volume before the transfer: 20,400,000 shares (equivalent to 51% total shares in Hoang Gia Pha Le Joint Stock Company) -          Transfer volume: 20,400,000 shares -          Owning volume after the transfer: 0 share -          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2023 After the transfer, Hoang Gia Pha Le Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company.
