The Board resolution dated April 21, 2023, the BOD of Clever Group Corporation approved the following issues: 1)      Approved the appointment from April 21, 2023 of: a)      Mr. Nguyen Khanh Trinh as Chairman of the BOD b)      Ms. Don Nu Duc Hien as Vice Chairman of the BOD 2)      Approved the selection of CPA Vietnam Auditing Company Limited as the independent audit to audit the financial statement in 2023.
