SBA: Change of capital representative

On April 17, 2023, Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) disclosed the Resolution of the BOD to approve Mr. Hoang Xuan Qui as the Capital Representative to replace Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, for 20% contributed capital of EVNCPC at Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) at SBA (equivalent to 7.82% charter capital of SBA). Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung will be not member of the BOD, and Mr. Hoang Xuan Qui will join the election of member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025.
