PAS: Change in personnel

Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Duong Hai has resigned from General Manager with effect since 20/04/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the rest of the term 2021-2026 with effect since 20/04/2023;
- Mr. Tran Duy Cuong has been appointed General Manager with effect since 20/04/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the rest of the term 2021-2026 with effect since 20/04/2023.
