BLI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 827/2023/TB-BL dated 21st April 2023 of Bao Long Insurance Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 238/TB-CNVSD dated 24th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason:The company needs more time for preparation of 2023 Annual general meeting 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
