On 24 April 2023, HNX announces that the following stock will continue to be put under Alert based on Point b and c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulation on securities listing attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange:
- Issuer: LILAMA 69-2 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: L62
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax at 31/12/2022 was negative and the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion with audited Financial Statements 2022 of the company
- Additional reason: The company was late in submitting audited Financial Statements 2022 over 15 days since due date
- Basic review: audited Financial Statements 2022
- Effective date: 26/4/2023
The Company must explain the reason within 15 days from the signing date of this Decision and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
