PXL: 2023 Annual General Meeting

+ Reports by Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2022 activities, 2023 plan;
+ Report on 2022 production & business results; 2023 plan;
+ Proposal for approval of 2022 audited Financial Statements;
+ Proposal for approval of 2022 profit distribution plan;
+ Proposal for approval of a number of targets of production and business plan and  2023 expected profit distribution plan;
+ Proposal for selecting 2023 independent auditing company;
+ Proposal for approval of settlement of 2022 salary/remuneration for BOD and SB and 2023 plan ;
+ Proposal to approve the dismissal of SB member (at personal request) and election of additional SB member for 2022 - 2027 term;
+ Other issues (if any) within the authority of the General Meeting in accordance with current law.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17th May 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
