AMD: Postponement of the time to hold AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated April 24, 2023, the BOD of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023.
