RCD: Notice of stock status

On April 25, 2023, HNX announces the status of Rubber real estate construction joint stock company’s shares (stock code: RCD) as follows: RCD shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point c, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
