Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Anh Vu has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Directors with effect since April 22, 2023
- Mr. Truong Tuan Nghia has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since April 22, 2023
- Mr. Tran Thang has been dismissed from Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 22, 2023
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong has been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since April 22, 2023
