KVC: Transferring registration, depository data of KVC shares from HNX to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for KVC shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 49,500,000 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 495,000,000,000 VND
From 18th May 2023, VSD branch will transfer data of registration and depository of KVC shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company was delisted in accordance with Decision no. 386/QĐ-SGDHN dated 19th April 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange, the Company still meets requirements of a public company on the trading platform of UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020 by the Government.
