HLD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 749/HUDLAND dated 20th April 2023 of Hudland Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 697/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Currently, the Company has not received opinions about the personnel situation of the parent company (Housing and Urban Development Corporation), so the general meeting is not qualified to be organized as expected. The Company's Board of Directors has issued a Resolution to extend the time of organizing 2023 Annual General Meeting before 30th June 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
