NHT: Approving the 2022 cash dividend payment

The Board resolution dated April 25, 2023, the BOD of Nam Hoa Trading and Production Corporation approved to pay cash dividend payment for 2022 as follows: -        Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share) -        Estimated payment time: May 2023.
