HVT: Change in personnel

Viet Tri Chemicals JSC announced the change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong has resigned from Chair of the board with effect since 24/4/2023.
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat has been appointed Chair of the board with effect since 24/4/2023.
