VNH: THE UNSUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDER 2023 FOR THE 1ST TIME

On 25/4/2023, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2023 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 4.9% (equivalent to 392,762 shares) of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares. According to Clause 1, Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises, the Company will conduct the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
