PXM: Notice on the unsuccessful organization of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023

According to Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020, with the participation rate of 48.30% (equivalent to 7,245,050 shares) of the total number of voting shares, the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares so it is not eligible to be organized. The Company will conduct the second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at 8.00 am on May 12, 2023.
