Payment of Cash and Stock Dividend for 2021-2022 Fiscal Year

1. Payment of Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 42%/share (4,200 VND per share)
- Payment time: 17th May 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Yen Bai Agro-Forestry Products & Foodstuff Corporation, no.279 Nguyen Phuc road, Nguyen Phuc ward, Yen Bai city (on working days) from 17th May 2023. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:28 (Shareholders are entitled to 28 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole numeber, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 135 shares will be entitled to receive 37.8 shares (135x28/100 = 37.8). According to the rounding principle, A will only receive 37 shares, 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Yen Bai Agro-Forestry Products & Foodstuff Corporation, no.279 Nguyen Phuc road, Nguyen Phuc ward, Yen Bai city. ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12th May 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
