DPM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 23-842/TB-PBHC dated 24th April 2023 of PetroVietNam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 455/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Corporation adjusts the meeting time to 30th June 2023 at the latest
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
