TSJ: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 17/TSC dated 20th April 2023 of Hanoi Tourist Service Joint – Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 797/TB-VSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason:  the Company needs more time to finalize preparation for the Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
