PWA: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 59/2023/CV-PW dated 24th April 2023 of Petrowaco Property Joint Stock Company (securities code: PWA) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 18th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1107/TB-VSD dated 29th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: To complete and finalize materials for 2023 Annual General Meeting. The company changed the meeting time (later than planned).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
