On April 25, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.778/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company announced the record date as follows: -        Ex-right date: May 11, 2023 -        Record date: May 12, 2023 1)                 Reason & Purpose: -        Cash dividend payment for 2022; -        Stock issuance to increase capital from owner’s equity 2)                 Content: a)     Cash dividend payment for 2022: -        Exercise ratio: 05%/share (500 dongs/share) -        Payment time: June 01, 2023 b)     Stock issuance to increase capital form owner’s equity: -        Exercise ratio: 10:1 (The person who owns 100 shares will receive new 10 shares) -        Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,505,995 shares -        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units; the fractional shares will be cancelled. -        For example: Shareholder A owns 189 shares. The shareholder A will receive: 189*10% = 18.9 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 18 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.9 share will be cancelled. -        Place to receive subscription:  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh branch, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company – Da Nang branch.
