- Mr. Ngo The Minh has resigned from Member of the BOD with the effect since 25/04/2023
- Mr. Ngo Thanh Chung has resigned from Member of the BOD with the effect since 25/04/2023
- Ms. Bui Thi Nhu Quynh has resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board with the effect since 25/04/2023
-  Mr. Mai Song Hao has been appointed Member of the BOD with the effect since 25/04/2023
-  Mr. Tran Tan Duc has been appointed ​Member of the BOD with the effect since 25/04/2023
-  Mr. Tran Dinh Tung has been appointed ​Member of the Supervisory Board with the effect since 25/04/2023
