          - Exercise rate: 6%/share (shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own), in which:

+ Dividend payment in cash 2022: 3%/share 
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hanoi Food Import - Export Joint Stock Company (2 Ngo Gach Street, Hang Buom Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) on working days from 01/06/2023. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
