1. Mr. Dinh Quang Chien has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023. 
2. Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam has been appointed member of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023. 
3. Mr. Vu Quang Sang has been appointed member of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023. 
4. Mrs. Dinh Thu Thuy has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023. 
5. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thu has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023. 
6. Mr. Pham Sy Hung has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term with an effective date of 07/04/2023.
