PVC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 491/TB-PVChem dated 25th April 2023 of PetroVietNam Chemical and Services Corporation (securities code: PVC) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 702/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Corporation adjusts the meeting time of 2023 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
