VIC: BOD resolution dated April 26, 2023

VINGROUP Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 26, 2023 to approve the following contents: Approved the Company will finance Vinfast with the maximum amount of VND 12,000 billion (equivalent to USD500 million) to support Vinfast’s production and business activities. Approved the Company will lend to Vinfast with the maximum value of VND24,000 billion (equivalent to USD1 billion) to support Vinfast’s production and business activities.
