HAI: Notice of stock status

On April 20, 2023, HNX announces the status of H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HAI) as follows: HAI shares are under continued trading restriction since 20/04/2023, due to a serious breach of the obligation to disclose information and other cases that the Stock Exchange or the State Securities Commission considers whether it is necessary to delist in order to protect the interests of investors according to the provisions at point 0 Clause 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities, in the case of being put in the category of trading suspension as prescribed in Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
