VMC: Put the stock out of the trading restriction

On 28/04/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 412/QD-SGDHN removing the VMC stock out of trading restriction   
- Effective date: 05/05/2023
- Reason for removing out of trading restriction: the company has disclosed its audited semi-annual financial statements for 2022 and has not violated the regulations on information disclosure within 6 consecutive months from the date of decision to restrict transactions, as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 39 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
