LM7: Transferring registration, depository data of LM7 shares from HNX to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for LM7 shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 5,000,000 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 50,000,000,000 VND
From 23rd May 2023, VSD branch will transfer data of registration and depository of LM7 shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company was delisted in accordance with Decision no. 403/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24th April 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange, the Company still meets requirements of a public company on the trading platform of UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020 by the Government.
