Approved the dossier of registration for share private placement to swap debt. Approve the plan for stock issuance under ESOP: -          Estimated issue volume: 750,000 shares -          Total value of issue (at par value): VND7,500,000,000 -          Transfer restriction: These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the ending of the issuance -          Time of implementation: expected in 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
