DC4: Approved the contents of AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated April 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows: -          Report of the Board of Directors; -          Report on the business result in 2022 and plan for 2023; -          Audited financial statements in 2022; -          Report on the result of implementing projects in 2022 and plan for 2023; -          Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter; -          Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023; -          Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2022 and plan for 2023; -          Approving the credit limit plan in 202; -          Approving the election of member of the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2028.
