- Mr. Nguyen Viet Khoa has been appointed Independent Director-cum-Chair of the Audit Committee with effect since 28/4/2023
- Mr. Vu Van Thanh has been dismissed from Independent Director-cum-Chair of the Audit Committee with effect since 28/4/2023
- Mrs. Ta Thanh Phuong has been dismissed from Member of the Board with effect since 28/4/2023
