- Mr. Tang vu Giang has been appointed Member of the BOD term 2021-2025 with effect since 29/04/2023
- Mr. Hoang D. Quan has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD term 2021-2025 with effect since 29/04/2023
- Mr. Hua Minh Tri has been dismissed from Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 29/04/2023
- Ms. Nhu Thi Kim Chung has been dismissed from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 29/04/2023.
